Road Maintenance
As part of Hampshire County Council’s annual Planned Maintenance programme, carriageway resurfacing will be carried out on Berrydown Lane from Green Lane to B3046 Farleigh Road.
The works are scheduled to begin on 3rd August 2026 and are expected to take 5 days, with road closures to all traffic between 07:30 – 18:00. The road will remain open outside these hours. Further details are available at One.Network - https://one.network/?GB151349266.
While the schedule allows for potential delays, adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances may still lead to short-notice changes. We will make every effort to provide timely updates, although communicating these to the public at short notice can be challenging.
Advance warning signs will be installed ahead of the works commencing. In addition, local residents and businesses will receive the attached postcard, which directs them to our webpage for detailed information about the planned works.
